Since our employees are our greatest asset, we want to offer them a quality benefits package that helps them and their families stay healthy, enjoy time off, plan for their financial future. In some cases the benefits offered are voluntary plans that are paid by the employee.
By clicking on one of the benefits listed below, you will have a brief overview. Note the actual benefits could vary depending on location and/or position. Employees will receive a complete explanation of all benefits at the time of their enrollment in the plans.
The retirement program offered by the company is a 401(k) program. The company has set up the plan for matching funds and/or possible lump sum distribution funds. The determination of these funds is established at the close of the fiscal year. This plan is a means to assist you in making financial and retirement plans for your future and is a convenient tool to make pre-tax contributions.
Health Insurance Program
Our benefit plan includes medical, dental, prescription card, and vision insurance. We have a base plan as well as a buy-up plan that is slightly richer in benefits. An employee is eligible to join the plan on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Also included is Health and Dependent care flexible spending accounts.
Disability Benefits (Long Term and Short Term)
Eligible employees will be enrolled in the Long Term disability program that is paid by the company on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Short Term disability is a voluntary plan that employees can elect to join.
Life and Accident Insurance to provide for the future of your family members, eligible employees are enrolled in the group Basic Life and Accidental Death Insurance plan. However additional life and accidental insurance is available for nominal costs. The voluntary plan you join is portable and can move with you if you leave the company.
Flexible Work Schedules
We are aware that there needs to be an effective balance between your work and personal life. Where possible, offices offer alternative work schedules to accommodate our employees.
Paid Time Off
To give employees choices and flexibility in how they use their time away from work, the company offers various plans that include vacation and sick leave. As your time with the company increases, the amount of time available to you will also increase.
The Company observes the following holidays: Islamic Days, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve (afternoon) and Christmas Day. For some offices, days that fall before or after a paid holiday are also observed (i.e., the Sunday before Easter or the day after Thanksgiving.) and as per the Labor Law of the Jurisdiction.
